Air Conditioning Engineer
Job Description
Essentia Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established facilities business based in Essex.-
Due to growth, they are looking for an additional Air Conditioning Engineer to join their facilities team based on site at Stanford Le Hope.
As an Air-conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for the following;
- Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems including split units, VRV and VRF systems across-6 Buildings on site-
- Carrying out fault-finding and diagnostic work when required
- PPM & servicing-
- Assisting with other building fabric duties when required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regs
In return there is the following package
- Basic Salary of between £40K - £43K
- Company Van
- Overtime at time 1/2 & Double Time
