We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to individuals across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Your role may include:

• Providing personal care and support with daily routines
• Assisting with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Supporting with meals, medication and mobility, where required
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Helping with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and social activities
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times
• Building positive relationships with the people you support, their families and other professionals
• Reporting any changes in a person's wellbeing or care needs
