Deputy Manager - Supported Accommodation
Canterbury | £38,000-£40,000 | 6-Month FTC
First for Support are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join a supportive team in Canterbury.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a key leadership role across two supported accommodation homes, supporting young people aged 16-21, including looked-after children and care leavers.
You'll manage and support a team of 6 Support Workers, helping to ensure the young people receive high-quality, consistent and person-centred support.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker with strong leadership experience.
You'll need:
andmiddot;Experience supporting young people aged 16-21
andmiddot;Strong team leadership and management skills
andmiddot;Experience working with looked-after children and/or care leavers
andmiddot;Excellent communication and organisational skills
andmiddot;A person-centred approach and genuine commitment to young people's wellbeing
