Deputy Store Manager The Role:

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly, delivering excellent customer service and driving commercial performance.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing store team.

• Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and overall store performance.

• Driving sales, managing costs and delivering against key performance targets.

• Maintaining excellent standards across stock, availability, merchandising and customer service.

• Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence.

• Creating a positive, energetic and supportive working environment.

Deputy Store Manager What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Deputy Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or similar retail leadership position.

• A background in food retail, supermarkets, convenience retail or high-volume retail would be particularly advantageous.

• Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of retail KPIs.

• A confident, approachable leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.

• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational standards.
