Electrical Construction Manager

£70,000 - £80,000 Basic + Package + More

Are you an experienced Electrical Construction Manager looking to take ownership of major projects with a well-established building services contractor?

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex electrical installations across commercial, residential, rail and specialist projects. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a collaborative approach to project delivery, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

The Role

• Manage electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Drive programme performance and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Oversee quality, health & safety and commissioning activities
• Attend client and contractor meetings
• Work closely with Project Managers and senior management to ensure successful delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager within the building services sector with Electrical qualifications
• Strong background delivering commercial, residential, rail or large-scale M&E projects
• Ability to manage programmes, labour and subcontractors effectively
• SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications desirable
