Fire Alarm Installation Engineer

£45,000 - £50,000 + Overtime
Central London

Experienced Fire Alarm Installation Engineer required for a growing Fire & Security company, with 90% of the work based in Central London.

The role is mainly fire alarm installation and small works, working predominantly on Advanced systems across high-end commercial buildings, banks, offices and other Commercial properties.

Package

• £45,000 - £50,000
• Plenty of overtime available (-10,000 - -15,000)
• Saturday work is paid at time and a half, with 8 hours paid even if only a few hours are required, including door-to-door travel time.

The Role

• Fire alarm installation & small works
• First & second fix
• Cabling & device installation
• Moving/changing devices as floors are fitted out
• Cause & effect testing
• Testing & commissioning
• Projects lasting a few days to several weeks
• Working alongside apprentices
• Systems: Advanced, Kentec, C-TEC, Hochiki & Apollo.

Requirements

• 5+ years' fire alarm experience
• Strong installation background
• Commercial experience
• Advanced experience highly desirable
• Testing, commissioning & cause & effect experience
• Full UK driving licence
