Foreman-

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily site activities on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site operatives, gangs and subcontractors.
• Oversee highway works, road construction, drainage, kerbing and associated civils.
• Allocate daily tasks and coordinate labour, plant and materials.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on schedule.
• Maintain health, safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with Site Management and report progress or site issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a-Foreman on highways or civil engineering projects.
• Experience supervising site gangs and operatives.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Valid First Aid certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
