I am looking for an experienced Groundworker for internal and external drainage on housing development. LONG TERM WORKS in Towcester, Northamptonshire

HOURLY RATE : £23.00 per hour - CIS

LOCATION : Towcester, Northamptonshire

DATE COMMENCING : Monday 20th July 2026

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : Long term works

HOURS OF WORK :
andmiddot; 7:30 - 16:30
andmiddot; Book 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : Groundworker

As a Groundworker, you will be completing internal and external drainage on a housing site.

REQUIREMENTS : Groundworker

andmiddot; Experienced in drainage on housing developments
andmiddot; CSCS / CPCS
andmiddot; PPE

PERSON SPECIFICATION : Groundworker

andmiddot; Can communicate well and work with others already on site and follow instructions given
andmiddot; Can read a drawing
andmiddot; Can work the full 45 hours required each week
andmiddot; UTR - to be paid by CIS

Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Marvel Payroll, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
