Guillotine Operator
Night Shift: 9pm - 6am
Salary: £30k(+Shift allowance)

We are recruiting for an experienced Guillotine Operator to join a busy print and packaging production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of finishing equipment, with a particular focus on guillotine machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate guillotine and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
* Ensure all jobs are completed accurately to customer specifications and production schedules.
* Maintain high quality standards across all finished products.
* Box, label, and prepare completed work for dispatch.
* Carry out routine maintenance and basic machine checks to minimise downtime.
* Monitor waste levels and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe finishing department.
* Work closely with the Finishing Manager to ensure production targets are achieved.
About You:
* Previous experience operating guillotine or print finishing equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
