Job Description

We are looking for a-HVAC Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

As the-HVAC-Engineer,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC-Engineer-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The-HVAC Engineer,-will be responsible for:

  • Maintain, service and repair HVAC and associated building services equipment within retail environments.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client queries and keeping them informed of all site activities.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory compliance works.
  • Supervise and assist contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring all works comply with statutory and safety requirements.
  • Complete all work-related documentation accurately and within required timescales.

To be successful for this Heating Engineer role you must have:

  • City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Strong understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
  • Ability to manually handle tools and equipment up to 20kg, work at heights, and ascend/descend vertical access equipment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in a call-out rota.
