Domus Recruitment are working with an established provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Manager.
This Interim Manager role is a great opportunity for an experienced social care manager with a strong background in learning disabilities and residential services, who can step into a service and provide confident, visible leadership from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the team to provide safe, person-centred support that promotes independence, skill development and wellbeing
- Ensure the service meets CQC, regulatory and internal quality, compliance and safety standards
- Manage budgets, resources and colleagues effectively to maintain a strong and sustainable service
- Build positive and trusting relationships with the people supported, families, colleagues and external partners
- Support recruitment, induction, training, supervision and appraisal to develop and motivate the team
- Provide visible and proactive leadership across the service
- Identify and respond effectively to challenges, changes and service improvement requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a CQC-regulated residential service for adults with learning disabilities
- Experience of holding or working towards CQC registration
- Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding, quality and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership experience within adult social care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to service management
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care, or a commitment to achieve this
- Valid driving licence
