About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing while ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to help every child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's development and learning.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Support children's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent recognised qualification).
• Previous experience working in a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child welfare practices.
