We are currently recruiting for experienced Mastic Installers to join our client's construction team on an ongoing basis.

You will be responsible for applying sealants and mastics to a high standard across commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring a clean, professional and watertight finish.

• Applying silicone, sealants and mastic to joints, gaps and movement joints
• Sealing around windows, doors, frames, bathrooms and other construction areas
• Preparing surfaces before application
• Ensuring clean, straight and professional finishes
• Removing and replacing existing sealant where required
• Working from drawings and site instructions
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Following site health & safety requirements
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy

• Previous experience as a Mastic Installer / Mastic Man
• Good knowledge of silicone and sealant applications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to achieve a clean and professional finish
• Experience working on construction sites
• CSCS card desirable/required depending on site
• Full PPE
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
