Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary DOE | OTE £60,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm OR Monday - Thursday | 6:30am - 5:00pm | 4-day week option | 40 hours per week

THE ROLE
As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out Mechanical, Electrical and Trim work on accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
andmiddot;Carry out mechanical repairs and component replacement
andmiddot;Diagnose and repair electrical faults where required
andmiddot;Remove and refit vehicle trim and associated components
andmiddot;Strip and fit components safely and efficiently
andmiddot;Support vehicle repairs following accident damage
andmiddot;Work to agreed repair timescales and quality standards
andmiddot;Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

ABOUT YOU
andmiddot;Previous experience as an MET Technician
andmiddot;Proven experience within an automotive Bodyshop environment
andmiddot;Strong Mechanical, Electrical and Trim knowledge
andmiddot;Good understanding of modern vehicle repair methods
andmiddot;Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
andmiddot;High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
andmiddot;Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
