We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Operator with Haas experience to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE2.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing Machining team.

The role

• Operating a CNC Milling machine
• Completing your own checks
• Using measuring equipment
• Working to a high standard of quality
• Supporting the team to meet production targets
• Keeping your work area clean and organised

What we are looking for

• Previous Haas CNC Milling experience
• Previous Fanuc experience would be an advantage
• Previous experience in completing own checks
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers and gauges
• Experienced in topping up coolant and tip changes
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
