THE ROLE
As an Experienced Bodyshop Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to a high professional standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer repair methods and industry standards.
You will work as part of a skilled bodyshop team, delivering high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs while maintaining excellent attention to detail and vehicle safety.

Key Responsibilities:
andmiddot;Carry out high-quality repairs to accident-damaged vehicles
andmiddot;Assess damaged panels and determine the appropriate repair or replacement method
andmiddot;Carry out straightening, reshaping, welding and panel replacement as required
andmiddot;Repair and replace vehicle body panels and structural components
andmiddot;Work closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, Preppers and Workshop Controllers
andmiddot;Ensure all repairs are completed within agreed production times and quality standards
andmiddot;Inspect completed repairs to ensure excellent workmanship and vehicle safety
andmiddot;Follow manufacturer repair methods, Health & Safety procedures and bodyshop quality standards

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced and technically capable Panel Beater who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and consistently delivering first-class workmanship.
andmiddot;Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive accident repair centre or bodyshop
andmiddot;Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques
andmiddot;Experienced in panel replacement, repair, welding and structural repairs
andmiddot;Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
andmiddot;Experience working to manufacturer repair methods and quality standards
andmiddot;Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
andmiddot;Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
andmiddot;Reliable, professional and hardworking approach
andmiddot;Ability to work independently and as part of a wider bodyshop team
andmiddot;IMI and/or ATA qualifications advantageous
andmiddot;Full UK Driving Licence preferred
