Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

We're recruiting for a Garage Parts Assistant to join a well-established commercial vehicle maintenance operation in Spalding.

The Role
As a Garage Parts Assistant, you will support the workshop and customers by ensuring the correct parts are available when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Communicating with customers both by phone and in person
andmiddot;Managing and maintaining an organised parts inventory
andmiddot;Locating and issuing parts from stock
andmiddot;Creating invoices for parts
andmiddot;Responding to customer queries and resolving issues
andmiddot;Working closely with technicians to ensure they have the parts required to complete their work
andmiddot;Supporting the smooth running of the parts and workshop operation

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
andmiddot;Organised and able to manage stock accurately
andmiddot;Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
andmiddot;Reliable and punctual
andmiddot;Comfortable working as part of a team
andmiddot;Keen to learn about commercial vehicle parts and maintenance
andmiddot;Interested in developing a long-term career within the automotive industry

Previous parts or automotive experience would be beneficial, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are equally important.
