In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects, preparing valuations, managing subcontractor procurement, monitoring project costs, pricing variations and producing final accounts. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Architects and Clients, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maintaining commercial control throughout.
The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying experience, strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.

The Role
- Managing the commercial aspects of construction projects
- Preparing valuations, cost reports and final accounts
- Managing subcontract procurement, payments and accounts
- Pricing and managing project variations
- Monitoring project budgets and commercial performance
- Liaising with clients, architects, subcontractors and site teams
- Supporting commercial reporting and forecasting
- Office based with occasional site visits
The Person
- Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Experience with valuations, variations and final accounts
- Good technical understanding of construction methods
- HNC, Degree or equivalent in Construction or Quantity Surveying
