About the Role

As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. You'll support the wider brigade during service, help maintain kitchen organisation and food safety standards, and play an important role in supporting and developing junior chefs.

We're looking for a confident and motivated Senior Chef de Partie with experience in a quality hotel, restaurant or busy fresh-food kitchen. You'll have strong culinary skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
