SERVICE ADVISOR
Location: Bradford
Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Service Plan Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday | Saturday 1 in 4
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

THE ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Managing service and repair bookings efficiently
andmiddot;Coordinating workshop loading to maximise productivity
andmiddot;Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
andmiddot;Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate
andmiddot;Promoting service plans and manufacturer offers
andmiddot;Liaising closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
andmiddot;Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the journey

ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
andmiddot;Experience using Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS)
andmiddot;A proven track record of upselling additional products, services, and service plans
andmiddot;Excellent communication and customer service skills
andmiddot;Strong organisational and administrative abilities
andmiddot;The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
andmiddot;A positive, professional and customer-focused attitude
andmiddot;Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
