Site Supervisor - Solar PV & BESS
Location: Dundee - anticipated initial project
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
Permanent | UK-wide travel and working away required
I'm recruiting a Site Supervisor to support the construction of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects for an established renewable energy business.
You'll supervise daily site activities, working closely with the Site Manager to keep teams coordinated and work progressing safely and to the required standard.
The role
Supervise allocated work areas, site teams and subcontractor activities.
Check work against agreed plans, quality standards and safe working procedures.
Support site briefings, toolbox talks and daily coordination.
Monitor progress and report defects, delays or resource requirements.
Help coordinate materials, equipment and access for planned works.
What you'll need
Practical supervisory experience on utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV construction projects.
Experience coordinating site teams and monitoring subcontractor work.
A strong focus on safety, workmanship and daily progress.
Appropriate industry qualifications and valid supervisory certifications.
Temporary Works Supervisor or Coordinator experience/qualifications would be advantageous.
BESS experience would be beneficial.
Flexibility to travel and work away on projects across the UK.
Initial project allocations are subject to confirmation. This is a UK-wide delivery role, with locations changing according to project requirements.
