Role: Site Supervisor / Foreman
Rate: £350/day
Location: Norfolk
Length of Contract: 3-6 months

Our client is looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Foreman with a strong background in FRC/reinforced concrete works, shuttering and steel fixing. This is a delivery-focused position supervising site teams and ensuring concrete packages are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
Job Role
As Civil Site Supervisor / Foreman, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of reinforced concrete works on site, coordinating operatives, subcontractors and trades throughout construction.
You will be responsible for supervising shuttering/formwork, steel fixing, reinforcement and concrete pours, ensuring works are completed safely and in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
The position will require someone with a strong practical understanding of reinforced concrete construction who can effectively manage site teams and identify and resolve issues as works progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, General Foreman or Civils Foreman
- Strong FRC / reinforced concrete construction experience
- Previous experience overseeing shuttering and formwork
- Strong understanding of steel fixing, reinforcement and rebar installation
- Experience supervising concrete pours and associated civils works
- Ideally progressed from a shuttering, steel fixing or reinforced concrete background
- Strong understanding of drawings, RAMS and site health & safety
- Experience coordinating operatives, gangs and subcontractors
- Previous major infrastructure, energy or substation experience would be advantageous
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- Strong leadership and communication skills
