Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
Location: Bridgend
Salary: £34,000 Basic Depending on Experience | OTE £40,000+ | Overtime Paid at Time & a Half + Efficiency Bonus
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of workmanship while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
andmiddot;Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
andmiddot;Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
andmiddot;Performing repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
andmiddot;Completing all job cards and workshop documentation accurately
andmiddot;Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety procedures
andmiddot;Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity and efficiency
andmiddot;Providing technical advice and delivering excellent customer service

About You
To be successful in this role you'll ideally have:
andmiddot;NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
andmiddot;A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
andmiddot;Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
andmiddot;MOT Licence desirable but not essential
andmiddot;Your own tools and toolbox
andmiddot;Full UK Manual Driving Licence
andmiddot;Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
andmiddot;A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
