VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Location: Plymouth
Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 Depending on Experience
OTE: £40,000
Hours: 42.5 Hours per Week - Monday - Friday & Saturday Mornings on a Rota
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
andmiddot;Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
andmiddot;Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
andmiddot;Carrying out repairs efficiently to achieve first-time fixes
andmiddot;Following manufacturer and Health & Safety procedures
andmiddot;Maintaining workshop equipment and ensuring a safe working environment
andmiddot;Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
andmiddot;Communicating with customers where required to assist with technical explanations
andmiddot;Ensuring every vehicle is treated with the highest level of care
About You
andmiddot;NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Service Technician
andmiddot;Strong technical, diagnostic and fault-finding skills
andmiddot;Own tools and toolbox
andmiddot;Full UK Manual Driving Licence
andmiddot;MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential
