THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator, you'll play a key role in the repair process, ensuring accurate assessments are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service and repair quality throughout.

Key responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Inspecting damaged vehicles and producing accurate repair estimates using recognised estimating systems.
andmiddot;Assessing repair methods in line with manufacturer standards and insurance requirements.
andmiddot;Liaising with customers, insurers, engineers and technicians throughout the repair process.
andmiddot;Ordering and monitoring required parts to support efficient repairs.
andmiddot;Managing repair progress and updating customers on vehicle status.
andmiddot;Ensuring all estimates and documentation are completed accurately and compliantly.
andmiddot;Working closely with the workshop team to maximise productivity and repair quality.
andmiddot;Delivering an excellent customer experience from estimate through to vehicle handover.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor who enjoys working in a fast-paced Bodyshop environment and takes pride in delivering accurate estimates and outstanding customer service.

You will ideally have:
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Vehicle Estimator or Bodyshop Estimator within a Bodyshop or accident repair centre.
andmiddot;Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and insurance repair procedures.
andmiddot;Experience using estimating software such as Audatex or similar systems.
andmiddot;Excellent organisational and communication skills.
andmiddot;The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
andmiddot;A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
andmiddot;A full UK driving licence.
