Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our prestigious Mercedes-Benz dealership in Weybridge, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a professional, supportive and premium automotive environment.

The successful Vehicle Technician will receive:

• Basic salary of up to £42,000, depending on experience
• Achievable OTE of up to £70,000, including team and individual bonuses
• Additional earning opportunities through vehicle health checks
• 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday
• Saturday rota shifts paid as overtime
• Flexible working arrangements available

Duties:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Inspect vehicles and identify faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment
• Complete all work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards
• Conduct vehicle health checks and advise on any additional work required
• Work collaboratively within a busy aftersales team as a Vehicle Technician
• Follow manufacturer and dealership processes to protect customer and vehicle safety
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or motor vehicle mechanic within the automotive industry
• Main dealership experience is preferred, ideally within a premium automotive environment
• Recognised automotive qualification
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Hybrid and electric vehicle experience would be advantageous
• Applications welcomed from technicians at various levels of experience
• Applicants must not be part-way through an apprenticeship
• Valid right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available
• Professional approach, strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
